Call for proposals for Special session
A special session would be a session pertaining to a special topic of interest, while it will be distinct from parallel sessions it will be fully integrated to the congress program open to all registered participants. An individual, group or an organization could be the organizer of the special session. The convenor and speakers too must be registered participants of the congress. The convenor will be responsible for the organization and soliciting presentations for the special session. There will be no financial support provided.
Interested Convenors could contact LOC Chair,

for coordination of the session. This could also be done directly via the web site or by email. Please note expression of interest to convene a special session (submission of proposal for special session), should include theme, expected paper numbers at onset, and thereafter paper and author details. Participants of special sessions could submit Abstracts and Papers via the submission system, or by coordinating with the convenor of the special session, who could then coordinate with Congress secretariat or Chair of LOC. These papers will also make up the proceedings of the congress.
Please note the deadline for expression of interest for special sessions is 31 st August 2027
Proposed Accompanying Persons Program
Registered accompanying persons can access the conference program including all social functions. The welcome reception, the Banquet and the Technical Tour is included. In addition, there will be tours organized on all three days as follows.
